Between Monday, October 12 and Friday, October 16, more than 100 chefs and more than 35 international media outlets travelled across San Salvador through 27 lunches and dinners for four, six and eight hands. The first Fine Dining Table International Gala revealed Los Fuegos 2026 at the National Palace of El Salvador: 513 distinctions to restaurants and hotels.
